African Union’s Definition of African Diasporan:

“African Diasporan is the peoples of Africa origin living outside the African Continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality as dual citizens of Africa for who are willing to participate in and contribute to the socioeconomic development of the African continent and the building and defense of the African Union.”     

The Executive President of the NAWN now called: the United African Diasporan State, had written to the African Union and to all Constitutive Government leaders of the African Union seeking their support for the NAWN as the sixth (6^th) Region of the African Union and requesting for an automatic dual citizenship of Africa for all African descendants in the diaspora; and he wrote the original definition of “African Diasporan” and the dual citizenship of Africa, as: “Peoples of Africa origin living outside the African Continent, irrespective of their citizenship and nationality as dual citizens of Africa with equal privilege to carry and equal rights to claim in the affairs of Africa; for who are willing to participate in and contribute to the socioeconomic development of Africa the African continent and to the building and defense of the African Union.”

The Executive President submitted the Memorandum applying for the dual citizenship of Africa for all African Descendants in Diaspora in August 5, 2005, to all African Presidents and Prime Minister and the African Union Commission, which they considered and approved in July, 2007 by the African Union Constitutive Government.
